Review the assets, objectives, contracts, operating processes, existing systems and available test data. Assign responsibility for resolving open questions before testing begins.
Test plan and completion criteria
Set sample size, participants, duration and normal and exception scenarios. Agree measurable completion criteria such as calculation accuracy, processing time and manual effort.
Example outputs for an implementation decision
Document process flows, data fields, a proposed architecture, findings and open issues. Identify further development, operating responsibilities and estimating assumptions for internal review.
