We provide the following additional information in response to inquiries about the NFTs issued by IndieSquare and used by the LDP Youth Division.
1) The tokens used to create these NFTs were lawfully procured through an account in the name of an overseas resident associated with IndieSquare and used solely within the Company for this initiative.
2) The NFTs are operated by IndieSquare, rather than managed by the LDP Youth Division.
3) The NFTs are configured to be non-transferable and operated without monetary value. They cannot be used as a means of payment.
NFT issuance on the Polygon blockchain enables low-cost operation and has been adopted by multiple domestic businesses and local governments. IndieSquare selected this design after determining that it presented no legal or ethical issue.
